About · Our name

榕家 Rong Jia

Every part of RJ Strategy Global traces back to the two halves of its name. Rong is how we build. Jia is why we build, and for whom.

Our name comes from the banyan tree. It grows strong by anchoring one deep root, then sending down new roots until a single trunk becomes a forest. We help businesses do the same: build the foundation first, then the supports that let them grow without depending on any one person.

Jess brings three strands of experience to every engagement. Each one underwrites how RJ Strategy Global works.

Around 19 years across audit, banking, risk management and sustainability, building governance frameworks, processes and controls.

Practical ExecutionExecution

Former Chief Business Officer of a multi-unit retail chain, responsible for commercial strategy, P&L, factory, vendors, inventory and payments.

Human InsightLeadership

5+ years leading transformational leadership programmes.

Jess has sat on both sides of the table: inside the institutions that decide whether to extend trust, and inside the business that has to earn it. She works with clients in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Malay.
